The man "chopped up the body of my daughter with a machete, a chisel, and a hammer," Ms. Serran continued.He consumed drugs, snorted cocaine, and did other things. Well, to do something like that..., I think he had mental health issues, Ms. Serran was reported as saying.
His harassment of the victim's daughters on both a physical and sexual level was also alleged by the family.
During the inquiry, the authorities also discovered a black magic altar in their house.
