As part of a major disclosure about the former India captain's on-field character, Ishant Sharma has made a fairly contentious statement about MS Dhoni.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, a former captain of India, is renowned as one of the cricket field's classiest patrons. Dhoni, who led India to victory in all ICC championships, earned the moniker "Captain Cool" for his extraordinary capacity to maintain composure under pressure and guide the team out of precarious situations. He transferred similar skills to Chennai Super Kings, where he has led the team to five Indian Premier League championships.

Ishant Sharma, the standout bowler for India, recently made an explosive accusation about the former India captain, saying that maintaining "calm and cool" is not really Dhoni's strong suit. Ishant said in a conversation with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadiya that Dhoni frequently yelled at the pacer and used foul language on the pitch.

Mahi bhai has a lot of strengths. But calm and collected isn't one of them. I have personally seen him use foul language frequently on the pitch, Ishant claimed.

People are always around him, whether it's during the IPL or when the Indian team is playing. You'll see someone or another seated next to Mahi bhai. It's like being in a village, but you're missing the trees," he continued.

Ishant played under Dhoni's leadership for a substantial portion of his cricketing career; he was a member of the team that won the 2013 Champions Trophy under Dhoni's direction.

Even while Ishant said that Dhoni yells insults frequently, he insisted that he has rarely observed the former India captain being "angry" on the pitch. Ishant recalled his own episode when asked if Dhoni had ever lost his cool.

"I've only ever seen Mahi bhai angry when I tossed the ball and it landed. He gave me a strange look when I tossed it for the first time. The ball fell once again after the second throw, according to Ishant.

The 35-year-old claimed that the man said, "Hit it in the hand," while using an expletive when the third throw was also the same.
