Delhi college girl hit on head with iron rod in a park, dies


According to the police, a college student was killed in Delhi on Friday after being struck with a rod. The incident happened in a park close to Aurobindo College in Malviya Nagar, Delhi.

The accused, a 25-year-old man, allegedly attacked the girl close to the campus and is presently on the run.


The victim is a Kamala Nehru College student.


"According to the information we received, a 25-year-old woman's body was discovered in Malviya Nagar, South Delhi, close to Aurobindo College. She and her companion had traveled to the park. The head of the deceased has wounds. The location of an iron rod next to her corpse "DCP Chandan Choudhary from South Delhi said.


The police have opened an investigation into the incident and started looking for the suspect.
