ALEF Model A: No worries about petrol... no traffic hassles! Electric flying car has arrived in the air, the price is so much

 Alef Aeronautics produced the first prototype of its first flying car 'Model A' in the year 2016. This is a vehicle that apart from driving like a car, can also do vertical takeoff and landing, as you would have seen in a helicopter.

ALEF Model A Flying Car: The fantasy of a flying car has finally become a reality. Till now, the dream which was confined to science-fiction films is now turning into reality, as flying cars are now all set to take off from the road beyond imagination. Yes, you read that right! An electric flying car that you can run on the road as well as fly in the open sky. Now this flying electric car has got the certification and approval.


The flying car developed by US-based Aleph Aeronautics has received approval from the US government. The company announced that the brand's car, the 'Model A', has received a Special Certificate of Airworthiness from the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This is a landmark decision as it is the first time that such a vehicle has been certified in the US.


The good thing is, it is a fully functional electric car that you can drive on the roads as well as fly in the sky. The company said in its official statement, "The FAA is actively working on its policies to control electrical vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) vehicles as well as ground infrastructure."


How is the Alef Model A:

Aleph Aeronautics prepared the first prototype of this car in the year 2016. It is a vehicle that apart from driving like a car, can also do vertical takeoff and landing, as you might have seen in a helicopter. The company claims that the 'Model A' has a driving range of 200 miles or about 321 km, and the car can travel up to 110 miles or 177 km in the air.

What is the price:

The price of this electric fly car is 300,000 dollars i.e. (about 2 crores 46 lakh rupees in Indian currency). The company says that its sales started in October 2022 and so far more than 440 units have been booked. Let us tell you, Aleph Aeronautics has been testing its prototype since 2019. It is being told that its production is likely to start in the fourth quarter of 2025.
